Payments must be received before your order is processed.

SHIPPING

Shipping will be determined by actual weight and destination of your order. The automatic shipping calculator determines the actual shipping price by the U.S. Postal Service.

 

In stock orders will be sent approximately 48 hours from receipt of payment.

Made-to-order items will be sent 2-3 weeks from receipt of payment. If you need it sooner, please let me know when you place your order.

 

We do our best to safely package all items that leave our destination – however, there are times when things happen that is out of our control. It is your choice to purchase insurance for an additional fee (USPS rates), however if you do not purchase insurance, we are not held responsible for damages.

CUSTOM ORDERS & REQUESTS

Creating a special doll for you or someone you love brings me joy!

Most prices are approximately the same as what you see here; I would not charge extra to give your doll blond hair and a cat dress. However, depending on the degree of difficulty and extras requested, there could be a surcharge to your order. Please email me first to discuss your request.

Please note that due to demand, I may not be able to fulfill your request.

MY GUARANTEE

All of my items are handmade by me with lots of tender love and care. I want you to be satisfied with your product and know that you are paying for a quality designed and created item.

 

However, unless an item is grossly misstated, I do not accept returns. If you have questions before you purchase something, please ask.

COPYRIGHT & PATTERN INFORMATION 

All of my patterns are copyright, you may make these for fun or profit but please give credit to me as the designer. Why? Because a lot of time went into each design and if you enjoy them, someone else might too. AND because I like to be credited for my design. I make a living selling my patterns and dolls, so please do not steal my work.

Now for the not-so-fun part. Due to some recent activity that's come to my attention, I need to clarify my copyright terms and conditions.

"You may trade or sell this original pattern as long as you have not made copies – copying of this pattern is not allowed."

​

This statement refers to a hard copy, printed pattern you have ordered from me. You may sell or trade the original hard copy printed pattern. You may NOT forward, print, copy or 'share' my patterns with another person. digital or printed. If you do that, you are in violation of my copyright terms and if I find out, I will pursue it with an attorney. You may not sell digital copies of any of my patterns.

 

I reserve the right to refuse an order if I believe there is any violation of copyright infringement.

PATTERN ORDERING INFORMATION 

If you are new to my website, please note that all patterns are automatically listed as "Instant Download" patterns. After you checkout, you will receive another email with a link to your pattern; this link expires in 30 days so if you happen to miss it, please email me ASAP so I can get your patterns to you. At this time, you may purchase a printed version of a pattern in my Etsy shop. The fee is $3 PLUS shipping of approximately $4.50.

PRIVACY POLICY

I will not sell/trade/share any information provided to me via orders on Etsy or my website. All customer information including emails, addresses, phone numbers, payment or order information is strictly confidential and used only for processing orders. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order, for example), if you contact me directly. 
If you wish to learn more about upcoming events, new products and sales you may opt-in to my newsletter listed in each description. That information is also held to the strictest confidential policies as noted above.  I may email newlsetters up to 2/ month to provide you with information about my business only - upcoming craft shows, new product launches or other news. You may unsubscribe at any time. 
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 7 years.
